Please bring a mat and blanket and if you have them yoga blocks and a belt . (You can use a cushion and a soft belt such as a dressing gown belt if you don't have yoga props)
Covid-19 policy and procedures are in place for all face to face classes. You are fully and personally responsible for your own safety and actions. during class, and whilst covid-19 procedures are in place you (and where applicable your baby) may still be at risk of contracting COVID-19 when attending face to face classes.
