This pass is for my Menopause Online classes.

5 x 30-45min classes which you access directly from my website at anytime. All you need is an internet connection, your mat and yourself!
8 shorter practices including meditation and breathwork
2 yoga nidra libraries to help you rest and relax - (you can add these relaxations onto the end of the classes or use them on their own)
a downloadable pdf - Tools for a Positive Menopause

Once you have purchased the pass you will be emailed a link and password to access the classes. If you do not receive this within 24 hours please email or text me on 07977093373 for the links.

You will then be able to access the practices for life.

All purchases during October 2024 will include a donation of £5 to https://www.themenopausecharity.org/

There are no refunds for this pass. This pass cannot be transferred or used for any other Breathing Space Yoga class or service.
