Adult Hatha Yoga Mixed level Monday Lach Dennis
A mixed level yoga class. Beginners and more experienced students welcome. Not suitable for pregnant ladies (please see my pregnancy yoga class instead).
Please bring a mat and blanket and if you have them yoga blocks and a belt . (You can use a cushion and a soft belt such as a dressing gown belt if you don't have yoga props)

- There are no refunds for passes.

- If I can't teach and have to cancel a class you will be credited or refunded for that class as you wish if an alternative date or online class is not offered.
