Pregnancy Yoga Monday Lach Dennis - Sept 2026 (1/4)
A gentle and supportive yoga class suitable from 14 weeks pregnant until birth.
You are welcome to arrive 15 minutes before class starts to chat with other people in class :)
Please bring a yoga mat, a blanket and a birthing ball to class if possible.
The class also includes access to 4 pre-recorded Pregnancy Yoga classes. Should you have to miss a class you can use these videos instead, or use them at home between classes :)

- You are fully and personally responsible for your own safety and actions. during class.

- Should a class be cancelled you will be credited or refunded for that class as you wish if an alternative date or online class is not offered.
