A gentle, fun class for Mum and Baby to share. Gentle movements for baby and gentle postnatal yoga for Mum. Most suitable from approx 10 weeks postnatal. Not suitable for crawling babies.
Babies are welcome from 6 weeks - please contact me for more information before booking thanks.
Please bring a yoga mat, cushion and blanket to class, and a yoga block if you have one.
Covid Policy and T&Cs
- There are no refunds for this pass.
- Covid-19 policy and procedures are in place for all face to face classes. You are fully and personally responsible for your own safety and actions. during class, and whilst covid-19 procedures are in place you (and where applicable your baby) may still be at risk of contracting COVID-19 when attending face to face classes. Please read the information in the link below before booking.
- Should a class be cancelled due to my self-isolating or the venue being closed due to a covid-19 infection or lockdown, the class will be delivered by zoom at the same time each week as far as possible. (I may have childcare to take into consideration but will try to keep to our regular time).
- Bookings will include access to 4 pre-recorded videos which can be accessed at any time via the link which will be provided in your welcome email. Should you have to miss a class you can use these videos instead, or use them at home between classes :)
- Please don't share these links with anyone outside of your household to be fair to everyone who has paid for them.
- If I can't teach and have to cancel a class you will be credited or refunded for that class as you wish
