A gentle and supportive yoga class suitable from 14 weeks pregnant until birth.
Please bring a yoga mat, a blanket, two yoga blocks (like this https://www.yogamatters.com/collections/yoga-blocks-bricks/products/yogamatters-yoga-block) and a birthing ball to class if possible.
The class also includes access to 4 pre-recorded Pregnancy Yoga classes filmed live during lockdown which can be accessed at any time via the link which will be provided in your welcome email. Should you have to miss a class you can use these videos instead, or use them at home between classes :)

- Should a class be cancelled you will be credited or refunded for that class as you wish if an alternative date or online class is not offered.
