To book your class go to the calendar below, click on the one you want to come to and you will be taken through to book and pay. (You can search for classes using the drop down boxes.)
- Adult classes can be booked as single classes or half term blocks. Half term blocks reduce the cost of classes, but must be used within the dates specified. Please make sure you reserve onto all classes in the block. There is also a membership option which is particularly useful if you want to use my on-demand video library of classes at home as well as come to class.
- Pregnancy Yoga contact me directly to book if the class is showing no reservations at this time - spaces come up as babies arrive and part blocks are available if you are due soon. Taster class available if a class isn't full.
- Baby Massage and Mum & Baby Yoga contact me directly to join part way through a term, taster classes are sometimes available if a class is not full.
