To book your class go to the calendar below, click on the one you want to come to and you will be taken through to book and pay. (You can search for classes using the drop down boxes.)
Adult classes can be booked as single classes (£12) or half term blocks. Half term blocks reduce the cost of classes to £9 per class, but must be used within the dates specified. Please make sure you reserve onto all classes in the block. There is also a membership option (£38 every 4 weeks) which is particularly useful if you want to use my on-demand video library of classes at home as well as come to class.
Pregnancy Yoga is booked in half term blocks (works out £11 per class) you can pay pro-rata for the remainder of term if you start part way through, contact me for this. Pay as you go available from 36 weeks. Taster & single class available (£14) if a class isn't full.
Baby Massage and Mum & Baby Yoga booked in half term blocks (works out £10 per class) you can pay pro-rata for the remainder of term if you start part way through, contact me for this. Taster class available (£10).
