Gentle yoga with relaxation and meditation
The class is suitable for everyone except for pregnancy, please contact me to be added to my Pregnancy Yoga class waiting list..
The class will incorporate some gentle yoga poses to stretch and open up the body as well as restorative yoga - yoga poses held for a few minutes supported with blankets, blocks and sometimes chairs - this is extremely restful and rejuvenating. I will also include some short meditation practice in the class.
The class is aimed at creating some calm space for your body and mind during your regular weekly activities.
Yoga poses and movements are always given at varying levels and with adaptations to suit each individual.
Please bring a mat and blanket and if you have them yoga blocks and a belt . (You can use a cushion and a soft belt such as a dressing gown belt if you don't have yoga props)
