Would you like some tools to help you to relax and rebalance lost sleep?
Come and learn some gentle baby massage and yoga techniques in this welcoming class. We will explore techniques to support all babies and in particular to help your baby's digestion whether they are struggling with wind, constipation, colic or reflux, and promote relaxation for yourself and your baby.
Sarah has been teaching Baby Yoga and massage, and pre and postnatal yoga to local parents for twelve years at Breathing Space Yoga.
The class will be followed by an hours info and Q&A around pelvic and core recovery with Fiona, a former midwife, women's exercise, massage and scar therapist , and Holistic Core Restore ® Coach She is the owner of Well Women Cheshire. Her postnatal services include, massage therapy and one-on-one sessions to restore your strength and function after birth, help you recover from things like diastasis, c-section and pelvic floor dysfunction. As a massage therapist she incorporates massage as a part of your recovery..

Whether your baby is in their first few weeks you are a few months into your postnatal journey, the morning will give you some tools to help your recovery. Suitable from birth – best for non-crawling babies.
Please bring a yoga mat (if you have one), a cushion and a blanket to class.
