Spend a morning in a circle of like-minded women.
Sarah will lead you in mindful practices, calming breathwork, and yoga nidra relaxation to help you connect to yourself and slow down.
A theme may be explored or emerge as we share space.
There will be reflection time with journaling and the option to share experience or just listen as you wish. The circle runs with the ethos of confidentiality and non-judgement. It is a space to be heard and to listen, there is no fixing or advice unless you request it.
It is a space to be exactly where you are and to be held.
