Welcome Autumn with mindful practices and creative collage
An evening to celebrate yourself and the beginning of Autumn.
☀Spend an evening in a circle of like-minded women.
In the first half of the evening Sarah will lead you in mindful practices, calming breathwork, and yoga nidra relaxation to help you connect to yourself, rest and embrace letting go into Autumn. There will be some time for guided reflection and journaling and to share thoughts in the circle without judgement, or just listen as you wish. No yoga experience needed.
☀ In the second half of the evening Gail will guide you to creatively welcome the autumn equinox and express any reflections using your creativity. You will be given an A4 canvas to make a collage of your choice, using materials such as paper, fabric, leaves, stamps and stencils. The focus is on the process itself rather than the outcome and enjoying the mindfulness of creativity. You do not need to be artistic - just a willingness to have a go. All materials included.
Expect:
meditation
calming breathwork
yoga nidra relaxation
sitting in circle sharing and listening to reflections without judgement
journaling
creative collaging
two dedicated, experienced facilitators
herbal tea and treats
About us:
Sarah of Breathing Space Yoga has been teaching yoga in Northwich since 2013 and holds circles regularly for her pregnancy, postnatal and menopause students. She is passionate about taking time to connect inwards when so much of our busy lives takes our energy outwards. Holding space in circle for women to share experience and support one another brings some of the biggest healing and empowerment in her classes. Enabling women to feel heard, held and accepted without judgement is Sarah’s main aim for circles. Alongside this, she is dedicated to bringing a variety of holistic and wellness practitioners to her circles so that women can discover new tools and learn through shared experience ways to heal, grow and thrive no matter what stage of their life they are in. www.breathingspce-yoga.com
