Half an hour session including discussion and a guided meditation.

Suitable for those who have attended a meditation course and would like to catch up and have some support within a group.

Also suitable for beginners and as a taster session for anyone interested in my 8 week modern meditation course.

Please sit on an upright chair for the session if you can.

The session may be recorded via videoand/or audio.  You may mute yourself an/or not have your video on if you wish.The recording of the class will be uploaded to the Breathing Space Yoga or Website or Content Library on Punchpass  a day or so after the class has taken place.
