A gentle, restorative class aimed to support deep rest.  Suitable for all.  If you are pregnant please advise me before the class as some adaptations may be needed.

The class is a wonderful blend of restorative yoga, yoga nidra, meditation and simple breath work designed to help your body and mind restore and rebalance.

I will suggest some ways to use blankets, cushions and pillows and maybe a chair to support you - you can choose to try these positions out, or just rest as you wish - sitting or lying down is fine. 

Please bring to class:

  • a yoga mat
  • 2 cushions and 2blankets
  • a yoga bolster or a pillow folded in half and wrapped in a blanket or towel to make a bolster shape.
  • yoga blocks and bricks if you have them
  • a long soft belt or scarf can also be useful
  • warm socks
  • an eye pillow or scarf to cover your eyes if you wish
  • wear layers of clothing to stay warm
At the end of the class we will enjoy a cup of tea and short chat to complete the session.
