Learn baby massage and gentle postnatal recovery techniques.
Connect with your baby, reconnect with yourself .
A gentle and friendly class for parents and baby to make a loving connection.
This class teaches parents the skills to confidently massage their babies from head to toe. The class also includes gentle. supportive postnatal yoga for mums (good for Dad's too!) and some simple baby yoga movements to support your baby.
The course includes access to 5 video tutorials to use at home which can be accessed at any time via the link which will be provided in your welcome email. Should you have to miss a class you can use these videos instead, or use them at home between classes :)
Suitable for babies from 6 weeks. Not suitable for crawling babies.
Please bring a yoga mat, cushion and blanket to class,

There are no refunds for passes.
You are fully and personally responsible for your own safety and actions. during class.
