A gentle and supportive yoga class suitable from 14 weeks pregnant until birth.
Please bring a yoga mat, a blanket and a birthing ball to class if possible.
The class also includes access to 4 pre-recorded Pregnancy Yoga classes. Should you have to miss a class you can use these videos instead, or use them at home between classes :)

- This pass includes access to 4 pre-recorded Pregnancy Yoga classes filmed live during lockdown which can be accessed at any time via the link which will be provided in your welcome email a week before your first class.
