A gentle, fun class for Mum and Baby to share. Gentle movements for baby and gentle postnatal yoga for Mum. Most suitable from approx 10 weeks postnatal. Not suitable for crawling babies.
Younger babies from 6 weeks are welcome but please contact me for more information before booking.

- There are no refunds for passes.
- You are fully and personally responsible for your own safety and actions. during class.

- Should a class be cancelled you will be credited or refunded for that class as you wish if an alternative date or online class is not offered.
- Bookings will include access to pre-recorded videos which can be accessed at any time via the link which will be provided in your welcome email. Should you have to miss a class you can use these videos instead, or use them at home between classes :)
