A gentle and friendly class for parents and baby to make a loving connection.
This class teaches parents the skills to confidently massage their babies from head to toe. The class also includes gentle. supportive postnatal yoga for mums (good for Dad's too!) and some simple baby yoga movements to support your baby.
The course includes a handbook of massage strokes.
Suitable for babies from 6 weeks to approx 5 months at the start of the course. Not suitable for crawling babies.
