A gentle yoga class suitable for all. Beginners and more experienced students welcome. Not suitable for Pregnancy, please contact me to be added to my Pregnancy Yoga class waiting list.
Please bring a mat and blanket and if you have them yoga blocks and a belt . (You can use a cushion and a soft belt such as a dressing gown belt if you don't have yoga props)
