Come and enjoy this session focussed on you as a new mum.
Through postnatal specific movement and gentle yoga, we'll explore simple ways to help your body to recover after birth - including easing out tension especially in backs, shoulders and wrists; supporting abdominals and pelvic floor; and soothing your nervous system. Baby is integrated throughout
You'll meet other new mums and their babies, receive a welcome gift bag, and access to an on-demand mum and baby yoga video.
As well as regular yoga classes and pregnancy yoga, Sarah has been teaching yoga for mums and babies in the Northwich area for over ten years. She loves to see how the techniques she shares help to support new parents in their first few months and the benefits gained from meeting other new parents. Sarah is also a founder member of Pregnancy Baby and You Cheshire.

Please bring:
- a cushion and blanket for relaxation, a yoga mat if you have one and a drink of water.
- milk/food for baby
