The session may be recorded via videoand/or audio. You may mute yourself an/or not have your video on if you wish.The recording of the class will be uploaded to the Breathing Space Yoga or Website or Content Library on Punchpass a day or so after the class has taken place.
Please make sure that you have been cleared to practice yoga and meditation by your medical professional before you begin a zoom or recorded class.
