A gentle, fun class for Mum (or Dad) and Baby to share. Gentle movements for baby and gentle postnatal yoga for Mum.
Most suitable from approx 10 weeks postnatal. Not suitable for crawling babies. ' If your baby is under 10 weeks you are welcome to join us, please contact me before booking for more information.
This pass is date specific: Wednesday 7th Jan - 11th Feb - 6 weeks £60
- Please bring a yoga mat, a cushion to sit on and a baby blanket to class if possible.
- This pass includes 4 Mum & Baby Yoga videos filmed during lockdown which can be accessed at any time via the link which will be provided in your welcome email a week before your first class. Should you have to miss a class you can use these videos instead, or use them at home between classes :)

• There are no refunds for passes.
• Unused credits cannot be carried forward beyond the dates specified on the pass.
• You are fully and personally responsible for your own safety and actions. during class.

• Should a class be cancelled you will be credited or refunded for that class as you wish if an alternative date or online class is not offered.
• Bookings will include access to pre-recorded videos which can be accessed at any time via the link which will be provided in your welcome email. Should you have to miss a class you can use these videos instead, or use them at home between classes :)
