A gentle, fun class for Mum and Baby to share. Gentle movements for baby and gentle postnatal yoga for Mum. Most suitable from approx 10 weeks postnatal. Not suitable for crawling babies.
Younger babies from 6 weeks are welcome but please contact me for more information before booking.
Please note that the last class of term will be 10-11am on Fri 19th July followed by a fundraising Teddy Bears Picnic 11am-12.30pm - £5 of your fee will be donated to sands.org.uk

- You are fully and personally responsible for your own safety and actions. during class.
- Please follow government guidlelines for Covid 19 https://www.gov.uk/guidance/living-safely-with-respiratory-infections-including-covid-19
- Should a class be cancelled you will be credited or refunded for that class as you wish if an alternative date or online class is not offered.
- Bookings will include access to pre-recorded videos which can be accessed at any time via the link which will be provided in your welcome email. Should you have to miss a class you can use these videos instead, or use them at home between classes :)

If your baby is under 10 weeks you are welcome to join us, please contact me before booking for more information.
This pass is date specific: Friday 7th June - 19th July - 7 weeks - £70

- Please bring a yoga mat, a cushion to sit on and a baby blanket to class if possible.
- This pass includes 4 Mum & Baby Yoga videos filmed during lockdown which can be accessed at any time via the link which will be provided in your welcome email a week before your first class. Should you have to miss a class you can use these videos instead, or use them at home between classes :)
