A gentle, fun class for Mum and Baby to share. Gentle movements for baby and gentle postnatal yoga for Mum. Most suitable from 12 weeks postnatal. Not suitable for crawling babies.
Younger babies from 6 weeks are welcome but please contact me for more information before booking.
